How did it all start?

Lexarox Accounts was established in October 2013 by Andreea Roxana Deac.

Initial services included financial consultancy, documentation translation, and bookkeeping for businesses, and self-employed professionals. Our main market segments were skilled workers and business owners of London’s expat communities. We also assisted unemployed workers to apply for various governmental social programs.

The company developed at a healthy rate, acquiring new technology, hiring friendly professionals, and offering new services on a regular basis.

What are we doing now?

Currently, we are managing 700 clients, over 200 companies and 500 self-employed professionals, from all over UK.

We provide full accounting solutions, and specialised services like bookkeeping, VAT management, Payroll Annual Accounts and other.

Our extensive financial management expertise in various industries (Constructions, Transportation, IT, Cleaning, Catering, Medical) qualifies us to deliver ready-made, as well as carefully tailored solutions for our business partners.

In accordance with our vision and experience, we have developed our own Outsourcing Department which deals with large companies in need of specific financial and administrative services (VAT, Payroll, CIS, etc.).

How do we see the future?

Trustful business relationships and successful businesses will always be our prime objective.

That being said, our new online concept will help potential clients reach us easier, communication being made available at the click of a button. The online office that we have developed will be great for business owners & freelancers, as well as for large companies in need of fast and efficient communication with their financial department.

Online financial consulting implies live video chat sessions, centralised information, and up-to-date technology, all of which enable our clients to reach a better financial performance.

Multilingual explanatory videos will clarify individual HM Revenue & Customs responsibilities, making it easier for new self-employed professionals and business owners to better understand their respective financial rights and duties.
